I contacted Mark at Rusty Nail Renovations about a complete home remodel. He called me that day and made an appointment for an in home consultation. He was very attentive to my needs at the meeting. Within two days we were sitting down at my table with his proposal he put together and before long I was signing the contract and I already knew I had made the right choice of contractors. Mark said it would be about an 8-week project and since this was during the holidays, they started the day Christmas. Within two days the demolition was completed and rehab had started.
Mark assured me that everything would get done and done properly. He wasn't kidding. I never had to deal with anything or anyone else involved. Plumbers, Electricians, painters, drywall, tapers, everyone was scheduled by Mark and always on time. If there were any issues during the project, I never heard.
My house is now complete, a week ahead of schedule and looks absolutely beautiful. I have a brand new house that my parents purchased back in 1966. I am completely satisfied and very happy with the finished project.

I hired Rusty Nail Renovations to open up and renovate my kitchen. I had never initiated a project like this, and Mark came in with design ideas and a vision. I approved his draft and was stunned to see how he was able to put every inch of space to good use. He doubled my cabinet and work space, even with a main wall removed. Rusty Nail Renovations was referred to us by our good friends who had them finish their basement and another set of friends who had them remodel a sizeable bathroom.

Hi, I'm Mark Kuminowski, founder and president of Rusty Nail Renovations. I have been in the construction field since 1988 , I am well educated on all aspects of residential construction. I was in real estate development for years and wasn't getting the gratification I do when working with clients and making their dreams come true. I truly treat your home as it were mine or a family members with an emphasis on safety. I enjoy travel and playing ball with my dog Maisy!
